ASADO CRIOLLO
BBQs for groups of friends, families and other celebrations take place at the BBQ place(quincho), with a capacity of 40 persons and a view of the city, lake and Villarrica volcano that is unreached.
The meals are served by the owners, for whom the warmth and good cooking of the southern Chile kitchen is most important. The schedule is programmed according to the passengers travel plans.

INCLUDES: Apéritif Pisco Sour, wine custard, wine or beverage. Roasted Creole, delicious lamb of the season and in winter exquisite roast strip loin and of our own Huifquenco production which garanties tasty, juicy and soft meat. Potatoes, Pebre, the Chilean salads and classic roast make this a meal that satisfies the palates of young and old.

With the concept of enjoying homemade food and the family recipe we serve Curanto in the pot with the best meat and seafood of the area. Profesionality and hospitality make this an unforgettable experience for everyone.
